Base three globe

We were making globes from balloons and paper. We stuck the paper onto the balloon and painted it and then it was done. We coloured in a map and then stuck it on. Isabel.

The Final

It was a super tense final with both teams playing their best to try and take the match. After a gripping three minutes the half time position was three players versus four so Powerdance were in the lead. Could the opposition pull it back?

Amy’s super science.

Today I did a test and the question was does the yellow car go faster on a rough or smooth ramp and I tested it and this is my test:I dropped a yellow car down a smooth ramp in two different places then I timed it after that I did the same thing withe a rough ramp. Here are my results: on the chair using a rough ramp it took 56 seconds on the rough ramp on the radiator it took 53 seconds on a smooth ramp on the chair it took 57 seconds on the smooth ramp on the radiator it took 43 seconds.

Today we have been finishing off our globes, we have been putting on the Arctic and the Antarctic then drawing on polar bears on the Arctic! Some people are going to make the blanket of gas. Some people painted and some people stuck. Some people didn’t want to put on the polar bears. It was fun but it was very messy! Once everybody has completed there globe, we will take them home.
